Chemilizer Injector Systems
Chemilizer Products, Inc. was founded in 1976 by Ray Daniels, a local
Tampa Bay entrepreneur. Mr. Daniel's created a metered injection system
that he envisioned as part of lawn irrigation and fertilizing system.
The features of his simple, innovative non-electric chemical injector
found application in an unexpected field, animal and livestock feeding.
Ray Daniels' son, Frank, took over the business in 1994 and continues
to head the company today. Some credit the injector as a pivotal
technical breakthrough that ignited rapid growth of the swine and
poultry industry.
HN55 Series
The HN55 injector is designed as a two-part system comprised of a water
motor and chemical pump. The non-electric water motor functions on
demand with water flow. A fixed diaphragm replaces a moving piston used
by our competitors as the driving mechanism of the water motor.
Inserted into the bottom of the water motor is a positive displacement
chemical pump. The chemical pump draws directly from a stock solution
container and injects into the water line. No chemicals enter the water
motor.
CP33 Series
The CP33 Series consists of three main parts: the water motor, the flow
meter and the chemical pump. Depending upon your application, the
Chemilizer CP33 covers a wide range of water flows. From the very low
10 GPM to the very high several hundred GPM. (The CP33 installation
diverts only enough water from your total system flow to inject the
desired amount of chemical.) The rest of the water in the system flows
past the injector.
